Make your Thirsty Thursday, Healthy

This is my version of a healthy Thirsty Thursday!! I like to make myself juice blends and immunity shots at least twice a week, I can feel a big difference when I take my immunity shots especially if I am feeling under the weather. Here is a quick and easy recipe that I make myself at home.

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots

  • 2 lemons, peeled

  • a large thumb sized piece of ginger

  • 2 – 4 cloves of garlic (essential for immunity boosting)
