EEEEEEK! Happy Squeal! It is with total utter excitement that I sit down and share with you how thrilled I am that my Soupure soups, Sou-thies, and bone broths just arrived! I discovered Soupure on the west coast a few years ago I was so excited to learn of another amazingly delicious way to experience flavorful food, vibrant and responsibly sourced in the palm of my hand loaded with nutrients to keep my body energized and balanced. My home base is the east coast so I felt like a little kid on Christmas when I arrived home to see my Soupure box of goodies had arrived. Amazingly packaged so I had no surprises or mess when I opened the box and put everything right into the refrigerator. I would suggest for the newbie just experiencing this to try the “Pick your 7 Pack” it’s a great way to mix and assortment of the soups, bone broths, Sou-thies, and alkaline waters. Ok so here is the breakdown of the terminology here.
Soups, Exactly that a gently cooked soup that you may eat chilled or warmed, packed with vitamins, minerals and plenty of healthy fiber
Sou-thie, Soupure’s cold raw soup with the yummy taste of a smoothie, perfect for breakfast, a snack or post workout recovery treat. I personally love to grab this as a breakfast on the go!
Broths, I had to get educated as to the importance of broths because this was a new introduction for me to incorporating a simple broth in to my lifestyle. An elixir loaded with minerals, bone broths also contain collagen! Looking to start your beauty regime from the inside out and theses too are so yummy but I’ll take healthy bones and joints with an opportunity to also benefit from healthy skin & hair. I’ve found I have enjoyed incorporating these in to my daily lifestyle and it’s been no trouble at all adding them in as a choice plus I’m getting plenty of additional health benefits. The broths are a total win for me. The vegetable broth is a great for immune support if a bone is not an option for you.
Alkaline Water, Alkaline water helps to balance the body’s ph and neutralize free radicals so your body is not too acidic. I have been drinking alkaline water for years and was so pleasantly surprised to taste these delicious flavors they offer. My personal favorite is the Pineapple cucumber. So refreshing and tasty! I love it. I’m so excited that this no longer has to be a treat I look forward to while on my west coast travels but now an absolute health necessity I’ve added to my lifestyle I can now have at my fingertips.
